Vishal Kumar Gupta appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Frontier Pharma Limited and Zdravlje AD are pleased to announce that Mr. Vishal Kumar Gupta has joined our leadership team as Group Chief Financial Officer, reporting to Kiren Naidoo (CEO).
Vishal joins us from the United Kingdom and brings c. 15 years’ experience in various leadership positions including at Essar Oil UK, the owners of Stanlow Refinery with c. $10 billion in annual revenue.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering with distinction from IIT-ISM Dhanbad (India) and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
Vishal has expertise across finance function, most notably: corporate finance, treasury, strategic planning, management information systems and risk management.
He will have responsibility for the Finance function at the Frontier Pharma (UK) and Zdravlje (Central & Eastern Europe, including Serbia and Group companies) levels. He will also be responsible for company-wide operational optimisation initiatives and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
