Micronized beta-glucan is a polysaccharide isolated from baker´s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with particle size ˂10µm. Macrophages, the body´s first line of immune defense, absorb more particles smaller than <10 µm, with contributes to a faster and better immune response
