Zdravlje AD Leskovac announced today important organizational changes and new appointments which mark the beginning of the Company’s successful journey towards achieving Zdravlje’s Vision and Mission.

From today onwards, Kiren Naidoo will be taking over the role and responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer (CEO of Zdravlje AD Leskovac), with Levent Selamoglu appointed as Chairman of Zdravlje’s Board of Directors.

As of today, Zdravlje AD consists of three key Business Divisions which form the pillars of its future success:

Operations Division (Site in Leskovac)

Bojan Jovic will continue to successfully lead the Zdravlje Operations Division in Leskovac as Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer (MD & COO) directly reporting to Kiren Naidoo (CEO).

Commercial Division (Belgrade Office)

Dragan Cirkovic has joined the Team as Commercial Director and will lead Zdravlje’s Commercial Division, directly reporting to Kiren Naidoo (CEO).

Dragan Cirkovic is a Master of Pharmacy and Certified Marketing Executive who brings extensive industry experience and regional market knowledge to Zdravlje. Dragan has more than 17 years industry experience of which 8 years were spent at Meda Pharmaceuticals (a Sweden-based multinational specialty pharma company) where he was previously General Manager for the Balkan and Adriatic region (with responsibility for 10 markets across ex-Yugoslavia, Romania & Albania). Dragan will be responsible for building Zdravlje’s commercial platform comprising a high-value product portfolio, strong Zdravlje brand and wide export network.

Commenting on his joining Zdravlje Team, Dragan shared his excitement and enthusiasm:

Business Development Division

As part this important organization change, Zdravlje announced the establishment of its Business Development Division. This division will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across Zdravlje’s Operations and Commercial divisions. To support these efforts, Zdravlje welcomes Todor Nyagolov as its Senior Business Development Advisor. Todor is an experienced pharmaceutical executive with an extensive track record at PharmaScience (Canadian specialty pharma company) & Actavis (now Teva).
